Pre-Treatment Setup

Before using the Heatluxe™ Cap, prep the hair by applying your Dorasilk treatment (e.g., Sleek Fusion™ or Curl Fusion™) and covering the hair with a disposable plastic shower cap.

This prevents product from touching the inner layer of the Heatluxe™ Cap.

Why use a barrier cap? To protect the inner lining from product stains and ensure consistent heat distribution.

Activate the Cap

Option A – Blow Dryer Method

Place the closed cap on a clean surface. Use a hand dryer to warm the exterior for 3–5 minutes. Test warmth with your hand before placing hair inside.

Option B – Sun Method (No Electricity)

Place the sealed cap under direct sunlight for 20–30 minutes. Best for travel or power-free environments. Ideal when gentle, ambient heat is preferred.

Begin Treatment Infusion

Place your bundle/wig (already inside a shower cap) into the pre-warmed Heatluxe™ Cap. Zip the Heatluxe™ Cap shut completely.

Leave for 15–20 minutes to allow the treatment to fully activate.

The Heatluxe™ Cap mimics a salon steamer, using thermal insulation to boost cuticle penetration without electrical hazards.

Cool Down & Clean

After use, allow the cap to cool naturally before opening. Remove the inner plastic cap and hair.

If there's product residue on the interior, gently wipe with a warm damp cloth — never soak or machine wash.

Cleaning & Care

  • Do not immerse in water. Spot-clean only using mild soap on the external fabric
  • Store in a dry, room-temperature place — avoid folding it tightly to maintain thermal gel integrity
  • Air-dry open after each use to maintain freshness

The Heatluxe™ Cap can be reused for multiple rituals. With proper care, each cap is built to last through over 50+ thermal cycles.

Important: Do not microwave. Do not use on a human head. This product is designed exclusively for wigs and bundles.

You may notice a soft scent inside the cap after use — this is normal and reflects the luxury fragrance of your Dorasilk treatment.
